1. Eligibility

3. Auctions & Bidding

  • All confirmed bids are final and binding.

  • Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about listed items.

  • Mazad reserves the right to suspend or cancel any auction in case of violation or manipulation.

4. Partnership & Auction Creation

  • Users may apply to create auctions as partners.

  • Partnership requests are subject to review and approval by Mazad.

5. Liability

  • Mazad acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

  • The platform is not liable for losses resulting from misuse or illegal activities.
